AI Avatar

Every person you're watching is an AI avatar. Built by us, in Byron Bay.

Where they go to work

Common Use Cases

A face people can talk to and trust — 24/7, in 170+ languages, in store, on your website, or on the phone. They guide a choice, answer a query, or just have a chat. Configured on your brand and content, wired into your systems.

Triage Agent

A face at the door or on the kiosk. Greets in their language, works out what they need, and walks them to the right person — conversation attached.

Takes on

  • Greets and triages: appointment, purchase, return, support
  • Answers the repeats; checks stock, orders and accounts live
  • Hands off with name, intent and transcript
Your people

Front-of-house stay with the guests who need a person.

Sales Agent

A face on the product page. Asks what they're after, walks the options, handles objections, and books the next step — or hands a qualified conversation to a rep.

Takes on

  • Guides product and plan choices in conversation, not a form
  • Qualifies against your criteria, then books the meeting
  • Personalised video outreach from one recording
Your people

Reps start with people who already know what they want.

Your people

The founder stops recording the same thank-you. The relationship still carries their face.

Don't take our word for it

The fastest way to understand this is to talk to one.

On the call you talk to a live avatar — not a scripted video. Ask it what we do, how a pilot works, or a question from your own front line. Then decide.

You'd be speaking with an AI avatar. We say so, every time.

Fair questions

Straight answers.

Isn't it a bit creepy?

It is when it's hiding something. Almost all of the discomfort people report comes from being unsure whether they're talking to a person — not from knowing they're talking to an AI. So we tell them, immediately and visibly. Disclosed up front, an avatar reads as a useful interface. Undisclosed, it reads as a trick, and it deserves to.

Will this replace our people?

No — and we won't frame it that way to your teams either. The avatar absorbs the repetitive, always-on delivery so your people spend their time on coaching, exceptions and the conversations that actually need judgement. Augmentation is a design principle for us, not a talking point.

What happens when it doesn't know?

It says so and hands off to a human with the full conversation attached. It answers from your material rather than the open internet, and anything outside scope is a handoff by design rather than a guess. You'll see the guardrails at the demo, not after go-live.

Are we locked into one AI vendor?

No. We build platform-agnostic by design, across multiple leading providers, so your scripts, content and knowledge design stay portable. If a vendor changes pricing or disappears, your investment moves with you.

What about privacy, consent and compliance?

Sensitive data runs on a compliance-conscious platform (SOC 2 / HIPAA posture), avatars stay stateless where possible, and any digital twin is built on explicit written consent with defined usage limits and an agreed way to switch it off. Data handling is scoped in writing before anything goes live.

How long until it's actually doing something?

A scoped pilot is typically live in weeks. The work is your content, your systems and your edge cases — not the avatar, which is the fastest part. We'll give you a date at the demo, not a range.

What does it cost?

It depends on the use case and scope, and we'll walk you through it at the demo — what a pilot costs, and what an ongoing managed system costs. No surprises, no pressure to expand before the proof is in.
